Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to assist with the warehouse, shipping, receiving, dismantling, and Inventory. You will be responsible for implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company's overall market share. Responsibilities Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods Ensure a safe and secure work environment. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities Organize and maintain inventory and storage area Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Confer and coordinate activities with other departments This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed in this position; they are only the major duties. Skills Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. Great interpersonal skills. Good Project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. In-depth understanding of the Automotive Parts industry and the Companies best practices for the warehouse. Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics. Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications. Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time. Proven work experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving. Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills
