Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate at our custom embroidery and apparel production shop! In this hands-on role, you will play an important part in supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory organization, order fulfillment, and production flow in a fast-paced and creative environment. Your attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic will help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Duties Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming apparel shipments and warehouse inventory. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping and local delivery. Assist embroidery production staff by stocking garments, supplies, and materials throughout the production area. Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, shipping software, and basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock organization. Perform quality control checks on garments, embroidery orders, and finished products before shipment. Keep warehouse shelves, production areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe. Support shipping & receiving operations by verifying packing slips, tracking orders, and organizing outgoing shipments. Work closely with warehouse and production team members to meet daily production and fulfillment goals. Assist with load & unload operations and general warehouse support as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, production, or inventory experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods during shifts. Experience operating pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or shipping systems preferred. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment. Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn the entire embroidery production processes and grow within the company. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
