This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role includes picking and packing orders, receiving inventory, palletizing product, staging outbound shipments, helping prepare route orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Because work may be performed between two local warehouse locations , applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to commute consistently. Client details will be shared during the interview process. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately Receive incoming inventory and verify product counts Palletize and organize outbound shipments Help prepare delivery and route orders Load and unload product safely Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the shift Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies Follow company procedures for product handling, safety, and workflow execution Requirements Previous warehouse, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation is required , as work may be performed between two local locations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions Schedule Monday through Friday Hours may vary based on business volume and operational needs Additional Information This position is being hired through Catalyst Workforce LLC for an active client account.
