Warehouse Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience with warehouse management systems. This schedule is Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday (3 days off) from 8-5pm Responsibilities Manage inventory levels through accurate stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update records in real-time. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and accurately according to specifications for delivery or transfer. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order processing in e-commerce environments. Experience Experience in warehouse outbound operations (picking, packing, staging, shipping) Ability to verify orders for accuracy against packing slips and system records Familiarity with WMS systems (CargoWise preferred) Experience with documentation (BOLs, labels, manifests) Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations and carriers Basic computer skills ( Excel, email, data entry)

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
