Warehouse Coordinator

Temp To Full-Time Warehouse Coordinator This role supports daily warehouse operations by managing shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials areanized, inspected, and ready for production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams while using hands-on skills to keep workflows efficient, safe, and on schedule.
LOCATION
 
Milwaukie, OR SALARY:
 $25-$27/hr.
DOE SCHEDULE
 Full-time, Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:00pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage shipping and receiving operations, including inspecting materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing cycle counts. Organize warehouse space, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and support physical inventory processes. Pull and prepare kits for work orders while coordinating with engineering, production, and planning teams to meet material needs. Operate hand and power tools, follow detailed instructions, and assist with additional production tasks as required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliable follow-through Ability to read and follow instructions in English and accurately maintain records in aputer database Mechanical aptitude with basic experience using hand and power tools; warehouse or materials handling experience preferred Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift in a warehouse environment. You must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds safely.
