Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Dock Worker Duties:

Load and unload trucks in a fast-paced environment Inspect, count, and verify incoming/outgoing shipments Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Rework and rewrap pallets when necessary to ensure load integrity Perform cross-docking tasks and ensure goods are properly labeled and stored Assist with general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Truck Driver Duties:

Safely transport goods to and from specified locations Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure trucks are in proper working order Ensure proper handling and securement of all freight Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for truck driving Experience in both warehouse operations and truck driving is preferred Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
