Warehouse Lead (Production & Shipping)

We are hiring a highly organized, experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing coordination, production workflow, and shipping logistics in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational leadership, takes ownership without constant direction, and understands how to keep warehouse operations structured, efficient, and moving at all times. You will work closely with ownership while independently managing day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinating a small production team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You should be comfortable working both operationally and physically within the warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Operations Maintain accurate inventory counts and tracking systems Monitor inventory levels and communicate purchasing needs proactively Organize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and accessibility Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and cycle counts Ensure products, materials, and packaging supplies are always properly stocked Purchasing & Logistics Coordinate purchasing and restocking of products and operational supplies Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Coordinate inbound and outbound pallet shipments Schedule freight pickups, deliveries, and shipping logistics Verify incoming shipments and maintain receiving accuracy Production & Packaging Oversee daily production and packaging workflow Ensure products are assembled, labeled, packed, and prepared correctly Maintain operational speed while protecting quality standards Identify workflow inefficiencies and improve processes proactively Team Leadership Supervise and coordinate a warehouse team of 4-10 employees Delegate tasks and ensure daily operational goals are completed Maintain accountability, structure, and productivity standards Assist with onboarding and training new team members Help create a positive but disciplined work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or production environments Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented Experience managing inventory systems, shipments, and warehouse workflows Comfortable communicating with vendors, freight companies, and suppliers Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment Leadership experience managing warehouse or production staff Excel and computer proficiency required Forklift experience preferred This Position Is NOT For Someone Who Needs constant supervision or step-by-step direction Avoids accountability or urgency Has no operational or warehouse experience Struggles with organization or multitasking Is not comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What This Role Requires Ownership mentality Strong operational awareness Ability to solve problems quickly and independently Reliability and consistency Team leadership without micromanagement Flexibility to handle different operational responsibilities as needed This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving company and become a key part of daily operations.
