Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Manager to lead our operations in Cochran, GA. As a Warehouse Production Manager, you will lead team members to ensure the execution of activities that meet the goals and objectives of the site. You will be responsible for safety compliance, quality assurance, and meeting customer service objectives through effective leadership and operational oversight.

Salary:

Annual Salary starting between $60,000 - $75,000, plus great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience required in a supply chain, logistics, or warehouse environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred. Proven experience in repack, production, and manufacturing management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience reporting on key production metrics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and communicate respectably with team members. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Hold team members accountable to all safety protocols, SOPs, and PPE requirements. Establish hourly and daily output goals and collaborate with team members to meet and exceed those targets. Partner with HR to investigate safety incidents, manage payroll accuracy, and execute disciplinary actions when necessary. Conduct performance evaluations and lead monthly 1:1 meetings with team leads. Ensure customer quality expectations are met and oversee necessary Food Safety and Quality training.
