In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, pick&pack, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move, load, unload, and organize inventory Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools Stock shelves accurately and maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization Use basic math skills to count inventory, verify quantities, and ensure order accuracy Support order fulfillment activities by picking items according to customer orders in e-commerce settings Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during load & unload operations and using equipment responsibly Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred Ability for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and moving quickly through the warehouse Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order picking tasks Basic math proficiency for inventory counts and order calculations Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions accurately Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, safety, and continuous improvement.
