Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water Damage Specialist and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. In this energetic role, you will lead the effort to assess, mitigate, and restore homes and businesses, ensuring safety and quality at every step. Your expertise will help clients recover quickly from unexpected disasters, making a tangible difference in their lives. We're looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to develop their skills within the restoration industry. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, mold, and asbestos-related damages to determine scope of work and necessary remediation steps Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and techniques Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to remove damaged materials and prepare sites for restoration Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate health hazards Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project Skills Proven experience in water damage restoration and general restoration industry practices Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and surface sanitation Familiarity with fire restoration processes and asbestos abatement procedures Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of mold remediation protocols to ensure safe environments Construction skills that support structural repairs or rebuilding efforts Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Bring your passion for restoration work, your technical skills with tools and industry procedures, and your commitment to delivering exceptional service. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
