Job Description

Position Overview:
The Welcome Booth Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable arrival experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, providing resort information, and ensuring smooth check-in flow while maintaining the high standards of hospitality associated with The Sagamore Resort.
Hourly Rate:
$17.00 Objectives Welcome all guests arriving to The Sagamore with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor Ensure guests clearly understand where they are heading within the resort Provide appropriate vehicle tags for day guests Accurately collect and process payment from day guests Create a positive first impression that reflects the resort's high standards of hospitality Daily Procedures Prior to Opening Welcome Booth Retrieve Keys, Bank, and arrival reports from Security Review reports, including: In-house guest list Daily arrival listing Review group daily sheet and note any special events, VIPs, or large arrivals Ensure The Welcome Booth is clean, organized, and fully prepared for guest arrivals Once Welcome Booth is Open Safely stop all incoming vehicles upon arrival Greet each guest with a genuine and friendly welcome Inquire whether guests are checking into the hotel or visiting for the day Additional Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and professional welcome booth at all times Communicate effectively with Valet, Security, and other departments Manage traffic flow during peak arrival times to ensure efficiency and safety Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency Uphold resort security procedures Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards
