Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Take accurate food and beverage orders using

TOAST POS

system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability for all sales Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Qualifications Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in high volume/fast passed restaurants, is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS or Resy for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us as a Seasonal Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
