Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Class Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations on various materials, including sheet metal, pipe, and structural components, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of complex projects across construction sites and manufacturing environments. LOCATION
> welding techniques on diverse materials such as sheet metal, pipe, and structural steel. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication and assembly tasks. Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement instruments to ensure accurate cuts, fits, and welds. Conduct pipe threading, plasma cutting, press brake machine operations, and sheet metal fabrication with precision. Apply mechanical knowledge to assist with rigging, assembly, ductwork installation, and mechanical component fabrication. Follow ASME codes & standards to maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations during welding and fabrication processes. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials within the worksite or manufacturing area. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving scaffolding, rigging, or crane operations as needed. Participate in continuous training on schematics reading, advanced welding techniques, and new fabrication technologies. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a strong background in welding operations across various environments. Demonstrated proficiency inMIG, TIG, FCAW

Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to welding and fabrication projects. Mechanical aptitude with experience in rigging, pipe threading, machining or soldering is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely on job sites or within manufacturing facilities. Strong teamwork ethic coupled with excellent attention to detail; ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
