7 days/week, 12-hour shifts

Description:

We are hiring skilled Welders for a temporary shutdown project at the Nutrien Plant Site in Aurora, NC . This is a great opportunity for experienced welders to earn steady hours and overtime pay during a busy industrial turnaround.

Responsibilities:

Perform structural and/or pipe welding in an industrial setting Interpret welding blueprints and drawings Use Stick (SMAW) and/or MIG (GMAW) welding techniques Conduct weld inspections and make necessary adjustments Work safely in high-temperature, fast-paced environments

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of industrial welding experience Welding certifications preferred (or ability to pass a weld test) Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week for the duration of the project Must bring own hood, gloves, and basic PPE Must pass drug test and site orientation

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage (DOE/certifications) Overtime after 40 hours/week Per diem available for eligible out-of-town workers
