Welder - First Shift

Job Summary Air Quality Engineering is looking for an experienced Production Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in MIG and TIG welding , is safety-conscious, and committed to quality and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role supporting our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment Weld production parts to meet quality standards and specifications Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Record accurate job data in ERP system (job times, quantities, etc.) Monitor welding supplies and notify management when inventory is low Support efforts to improve productivity and eliminate waste Follow established best practices and assist in process documentation Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of welding experience preferred Proficient in MIG and TIG welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Understanding of quality standards in a manufacturing environment Vocational training in welding or related field is a plus Core Values At Air Quality Engineering, we live by our core values, and we seek candidates who demonstrate: Respectfulness Customer Focus Teamwork Integrity Wisdom Applied Apply Today!
