We serve our community with a carefully curated selection of local farm products, organic and natural groceries, clean supplements, and trusted wellness goods — all guided by a farm-to-table, local-first philosophy. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and wellness-minded Wellness Sales & Store Support Associate to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role that includes front-of-house customer service, sales floor support, register operation, wellness product guidance, back-of-house organization, stocking, cleaning, and general store operations . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning about wellness products, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Schedule:

Weekdays and Saturdays Primary Focus:

Front-of-house customer service, sales floor support, wellness product guidance, and register operation

Additional Support:

Back-of-house organization, stocking, inventory support, cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and general store operations This role is primarily customer-facing, but it also supports the full daily operation of the store. Team members should be comfortable assisting customers on the sales floor, running the register, answering product questions, stocking shelves, helping with deliveries, keeping the store clean, and supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house needs. A background or strong personal interest in wellness, nutrition, supplements, natural foods, clean living, or local food is a major plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House:

Customer Service, Sales Floor & Register Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience Assist customers with product questions and store recommendations Help customers navigate supplements, wellness goods, natural groceries, local products, and featured items Educate customers on sales, promotions, new products, and store offerings Operate the register and POS system accurately Keep the front counter, checkout area, aisles, displays, and customer areas clean and organized Restock, face, straighten, and maintain shelves throughout the day Support strong customer relationships through friendly, helpful service Communicate clearly with team members during daily operations Wellness & Product Support Learn about supplement lines, wellness products, ingredients, and store offerings Help maintain clean, organized, and attractive supplement and wellness displays Assist customers in finding products that fit their needs and preferences Share general product information while staying within appropriate retail guidance Support featured wellness promotions, seasonal products, local goods, and new arrivals Bring a genuine interest in natural foods, supplements, nutrition, and healthy living

Back-of-House:

Stocking, Inventory & Store Support Help receive and check deliveries for accuracy and quality Break down shipments and stock shelves, coolers, produce areas, and displays Support FIFO inventory rotation to help maintain product freshness Assist with backroom, cooler, grocery, wellness, and produce organization Monitor product freshness, especially produce and refrigerated items Help maintain inventory organization and communicate low-stock or product issues Keep back-of-house areas clean, safe, efficient, and organized Cleanliness, Appearance & Daily Operations Help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and condition of the store Sweep, wipe down, tidy, organize, and reset areas as needed Keep shelves, displays, coolers, checkout areas, and customer spaces attractive and easy to shop Assist with opening and closing operations as needed Help prepare the store for the day and reset it for the next business day Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the store running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude Interest in wellness, supplements, natural foods, nutrition, or clean living Comfortable helping customers, running the register, and working on the sales floor Willing to support both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Takes pride in keeping the store attractive, stocked, tidy, and welcoming Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Physically capable of standing for extended periods, stocking, cleaning, lifting, and moving products as needed Previous retail, grocery, wellness, supplement, nutrition, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Clearfork Market?
