General Manager - StretchLab (Keener Group Studios)

West League City Full-Time | Base + Bonus + Commission | Wellness Studio Leadership We're looking for a driven, people-first leader to run the show at one of our StretchLab studios. As General Manager, you'll lead sales, operations, and team culture — helping clients move and feel better every day. If you thrive in a goal-oriented, high-touch environment and love helping others grow, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit membership, retention, and service goals Manage daily studio operations and team schedules Sell memberships, build community, and retain clients Handle member issues with empathy and urgency Report KPIs and execute growth strategies with ownership support Rebuild membership/team after acquisition
