• $150,000 + (Top performers unlimited) No cap on income. About the Opportunity This is a sales and team building opportunity inside a proven window replacement company with a strong reputation in the Rockwall / DFW market. We are looking for a hungry, sales leader who is not afraid to:
• Knock doors
• Set appointments
• Close deals
• Build and lead a team Compensation Structure
• Commission on every deal you close
• Commission on appointments you set
• Overrides on your team's production

• Run door-to-door appointment setting and sales operations in targeted neighborhoods
• Set and close appointments (company leads are also provided)
• Recruit, hire, and train door knockers and sales reps
• Manage daily KPIs (doors knocked, sets, sits, closes)
• Build and scale your own high-performing sales team
• Lead from the front (this is NOT a sit-back manager role) Who This Is For You're a fit if you:
