About the Role We're looking for a skilled Window Tint Installer to join our team and deliver clean, high-quality tint installations on every vehicle that comes through the door. You'll be the hands behind our reputation — working with precision and care on everything from daily drivers to high-end builds. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, and you'll be accountable for installation quality, vehicle handling, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied. What You'll Do Install window tint film to a consistently high standard across all vehicle types Safely handle and transport customer vehicles, including luxury and high-value cars Keep a clean, organized workspace and uphold shop standards Support day-to-day shop operations and take on additional duties as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional window tint installation experience (preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable operating high-end and performance vehicles Sharp attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination Ability to follow multi-step processes precisely and take direction well Professional, courteous demeanor with both customers and colleagues High School Diploma or GED (preferred
