Job Description We are seeking a senior-level Workday Financials Consultant/Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials. This contract role requires a versatile expert who can operate independently across multiple financial domains and partner directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, long-term solutions. Enterprise experience strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains Act as a flexible resource across priority areas based on business demand Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions Contribute to enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements Integrate quickly into a lean, high-performing team and operate independently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Must-Have Skills 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday Experience supporting both production support and project-based work Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains Deep experience in Financial Accounting Experience with Expenses Experience with Business Assets Experience with Banking and Settlement Enterprise experience strongly preferred Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Workday Accounting Center Experience with Prism Familiarity with Workday integrations Familiarity with reporting in Workday Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership VNDLY experience is a plus
