This role is vital in promoting independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the quality of life for those with diverse needs such as disabilities, dementia, or recovery from illness. The ideal candidate will be energetic, attentive, and committed to delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. All positions are paid roles that offer meaningful opportunities to make a positive difference every day. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly to healthcare professionals Support medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and care plans developed by healthcare teams Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to safely assist with mobility and prevent injury Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately in compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments preferred Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia required Knowledge of medication administration protocols and vital signs monitoring essential Familiarity with creating and following personalized care plans aligned with healthcare providers' instructions Hands-on experience with patient observation techniques and emergency response procedures such as CPR and first aid certification preferred Background working with individuals requiring memory care or hospice support highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and work effectively in a team-oriented environment Join us if you're passionate about providing compassionate care that truly makes a difference!
