$60K - $65K Job Full Description Accountant | $60K - $65K Decatur, IL A local printing company is seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper . This company is a one-stop provider of digital and offset printing services, signs, graphics, banners and decals in central Illinois. Job Requirements for Accountant/Bookkeeper Previous accounting experience (5 years minimum) Sound knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Familiarity with accounting software (Sage preferred) Excellent skills in data analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous accounting experience is preferred Organizational skills Payroll, timekeeping experience is a plus Previous tax reporting experience is a plus Job Responsibilities for Accounting Manager Plan, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy across four locations Manage the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and inventory Manage cash flow Manage debt financing requirements Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Print checks Supervise three direct reports Make general ledger and journal entries Analyze financial accounting data Create financial reports Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements Process payroll About Express Employment Professionals Serving over 400 client companies in Macon and Dewitt counties since 2005 Express was voted Best of Staffing in the Herald & Review Readers' Choice Awards Applicants never pay a fee Benefits available include: holiday pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K One application for multiple positions
