What You'll Be Doing Transform care plans into fun, engaging, hands-on experiences that build real-life skills Help children grow their communication, social, and daily living abilities Celebrate progress—big and small—and create confidence-boosting moments every day Partner with BCBAs to track growth and adapt strategies for success Use structured play and learning to make skill-building exciting and meaningful Keep accurate documentation while maintaining top-tier professionalism and confidentiality Create a safe, positive space where clients feel supported and empowered Keep growing your own skills with ongoing training and development opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit Experience working with children (especially in autism or ABA settings) is a big plus Knowledge of ABA principles and documentation practices is helpful You're a team player with strong communication skills You take pride in maintaining professional and ethical standards (HIPAA compliance) You're a certified RBT —or motivated to become one Schedule Options Full-time or Part-time — we're flexible because great people deserve flexibility.
