Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. is looking for a high-performing Account Specialist to own and optimize the flow between customer demand and our supply chain execution. This is not a transactional role. You will be responsible for driving accuracy, speed, and reliability across the order lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams. If you thrive in environments where precision, accountability, and problem-solving matter, this role is for you. What You'll Own End-to-end ownership of customer orders—from intake through fulfillment—ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and on-time delivery Proactive management of inventory allocation, identifying risks before they impact customers Clear, decisive communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders Rapid resolution of order discrepancies, shortages, and claims with a focus on root cause—not just quick fixes Continuous improvement of workflows, reporting, and data visibility across the order management process Collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to improve service levels and execution consistency

Strong Analytical Ability:
You're comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions
Advanced Excel Skills:
You can confidently work with large datasets (PivotTables, XLOOKUPs, data cleanup, etc.)

Experience with CRM/ERP systems and a habit of keeping data clean and actionable
Operational Thinking:
You understand how inventory, lead times, and fulfillment impact the business
Clear Communicator:
You can distill complex issues into straightforward updates and solutions
Customer-Centric Mindset:
You balance urgency with professionalism and build trust through reliability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field 2+ years of experience managing customer accounts, supply chain analytics, or in a manufacturing or distribution environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
