We are seeking a wellness‑minded, integrative Licensed Acupuncturist who practices TCM holistically and values a hands‑on, full‑body healing approach. Job Summary:

The Acupuncturist delivers customized, whole‑person treatments by combining acupuncture with bodywork and complementary TCM modalities. This role requires a strong holistic philosophy, hands‑on skillset, and the ability to educate and guide clients in their overall wellness journey—physically, energetically, and lifestyle‑wise.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver professional acupuncture treatments in alignment with Redmint protocols and TCM best practices, with an emphasis on holistic, experiential care . Integrate light massage, bodywork, gua sha, and other manual techniques into acupuncture sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Offer a full TCM experience , including recommendations for herbal support, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and preventative wellness. Create deeply personalized treatment plans that address the whole person, not just symptoms. Educate and empower clients through clear communication, aftercare guidance, and at‑home wellness practices. Maintain punctuality and manage sessions efficiently within designated time frames. Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and serene between sessions. Promote Redmint services, memberships, retail products, and wellness programs with authenticity and care. Collaborate with the team to maintain an elevated, client‑centered environment. Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Active California Acupuncture License in good standing (required). Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on clinical experience . Strong background in bodywork, massage, or manual therapy techniques . Experience with or openness to incorporating multiple holistic modalities into sessions. Knowledge of TCM herbs, nutrition, and holistic lifestyle recommendations . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to train in and uphold Redmint's signature offerings and service standards. Qualifications Active California Acupuncture License in good standing (required). Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on clinical experience . Strong background in bodywork, massage, or manual therapy techniques . Experience with or openness to incorporating multiple holistic modalities into sessions. Knowledge of TCM herbs, nutrition, and holistic lifestyle recommendations . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
