Job Description

Job Summary :
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in the day-to-day experience of our space and work closely alongside our founders as their executive assistant. This unique role blends hospitality, operations, and community support. You'll be the person helping families settle in for the day, keeping the space running smoothly, and supporting behind-the-scenes projects as we continue to build and grow our community and offerings. In addition, you'll also support the co-founders with a range of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as small projects as needed.

Location:
In-person at our Little Village location in Aliso Viejo, CA. We are accepting applications from local candidates within Orange County. Key Duties Administration/Operations Provide administrative and clerical support to co-founders (CEO & COO) Support vendor, client, and community partner communications Organize digital files, documents, and internal systems Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Help maintain organized workflows and team communication Support special projects and ongoing business initiatives as needed Office Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Monitoring and restock office supplies and kitchen essentials (coffee, snacks, printer ink etc) Collect, organize, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages Community/Member Experience Build strong relationships with coworking members through thoughtful, consistent engagement Lead tours and follow up with prospective members to support steady membership growth Manage member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience Foster community through simple community gatherings and socials (i.e. happy hours, bagels & coffee on Fridays, monthly community potlucks and more ) Lead our work re: partnerships with local organizations, nonprofits and charitable efforts
Hiring Timeline & Schedule:
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We're looking for someone who can start no later than mid-June. This is a part-time position, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm . There is an opportunity in the future to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role, such as front desk receptionist, clerical/office support, executive assistant, etc. Warm, dependable, and naturally enjoy helping others Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Organized and able to stay on top of day-to-day tasks Comfortable learning new tools and systems Proactive, flexible, and open to wearing many hats in a growing environment Interest in being part of family-centered space and growing with the role over time Experience in hospitality, childcare, or customer service is a plus
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
