Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving workplace. Duties Assist with month end processing, going to the bank as needed, assist w/ payroll processing and invoice processing Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing outstanding customer support Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications including menus. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and report creation Oversee office management tasks such as calendar management, supply ordering, and maintaining organized filing systems Assist with calling for maintenance and repair issues as needed Assist with POS programing and reporting Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic financial recordkeeping Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Prior experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents shine! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
