Job Description

About Us:
We are a growing roofing company servicing Missouri for over 10 years. Dedicated to high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Roofing Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep projects running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries Schedule roofing inspections, estimates, and job installations Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and project managers Maintain and update customer records and job files Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Process permits, insurance paperwork, and warranties Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience (construction/roofing preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM or job management software is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay or salary (based on experience) Paid holidays Opportunities for growth within the company
