Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered. State regulations require state-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification. 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities. Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets. Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing quality care and improving the lives of seniors. Why Join Us?
