The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day performance of a group of employees. The Supervisor is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group of employees towards established goals and objectives. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experience. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments. High School diploma or GED. Meet one of the following qualifications: Associate's degree Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties. Demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II or similar support position at SCF. Associate's degree Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties. Supervisor II:
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor I level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor I Alaska Native/American Indian Preference in Employment Pursuant to the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act, as amended, SCF pursues a policy of Alaska Native/American Indian preference in hiring, contracting, and training.
