Shalom Heritage Group Home We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and clinically grounded Oversight Supervisor to lead and coordinate oversight activities within our group home. In this dynamic leadership role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, monitor operational procedures, and maintain treatment fidelity across all shifts. Your leadership will support a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement while safeguarding the quality of care provided to the individuals we serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence through vigilant supervision, staff development, and strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily oversight operations to ensure alignment with organizational policies, DDD requirements, and regulatory standards Monitor and maintain treatment fidelity across behavior support plans and habilitation goals Collaborate with clinical and direct care teams to support implementation of individualized treatment plans Conduct staff training and ongoing coaching to strengthen compliance with DDD policies and BACB ethical guidelines Provide performance feedback and support skill development of direct support professionals Prepare detailed oversight reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for management and funding agencies Respond promptly to incidents, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure proper documentation and reporting Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous program improvement efforts Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (licensure not required at time of hire) Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with dual diagnosis (developmental disabilities and mental health conditions) Demonstrated experience in supervision, compliance monitoring, or oversight roles Strong knowledge of DDD policies, behavior support plan implementation, and BACB ethical standards Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, and clinical accountability
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
