Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay:
$23.00-$25.00
DOE Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 8a.m.-5 p.m. Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to grow your career? Select Staffing is hiring an Administrative Coordinator . This role handles administrative tasks including scheduling, dispatching service providers, data entry, sample receiving and processing, and fielding calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to clients by ensuring a smooth transition of samples from the client to the laboratory. Schedule, coordinate, and efficiently dispatch service providers. Receive samples and process corresponding paperwork from multiple locations. Maintain and update the monthly Micro Schedule. Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Track, collect, and ship customer supplies as needed. Assist other departments with administrative and operational tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. #nowhiring
