$20-$25 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their careers in a professional office environment. The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential administrative support, assist with office operations, coordinate schedules, and help ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files.

Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with meeting logistics, including scheduling conference rooms and preparing materials.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.

Support office administration activities, including data entry and records management.

Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.

Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor orders.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.

Preferred Internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience.

Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other collaboration tools.

Familiarity with scheduling and project coordination.
