Responsibilities:
The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations, and overall problem-solving. In addition, he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors' clinical staff in the provision of quality care. In the absence of the Health Center Administrator, the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call. The House Supervisor reports to the Director or designee.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
BSN required 4- Year Degree
KSBN -KS RN
Licensure BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care 4 years staff nurse experience Computer literate skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Job Requirements:
Advanced Degree
MSN ACLS 1-2
years of management experience
