Role Summary The Admin Coordinator provides administrative and records support by ensuring documentation, scheduling, communication, meeting follow-up, and policy-related tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in support of efficient program operations. To be a successful Admin Coordinator you must be able to do the following always: Complete timely and accurate uploads of required program documentation, including CSO reports, court reports, OST records, and other records into the appropriate systems such as the portal and Evolv. Support compliance and continuity of information by ensuring documentation is organized, accessible, and available to program and leadership teams as needed. Schedule team meetings, prepare needed materials and agenda, document minutes, and assist with coordination to support efficient team communication, follow up, and workflow. Assist with Supervisor emails and forward important communication to the appropriate team members in a timely and professional manner. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and the Company's Program Practice Guidelines to support consistent, accurate, and mission-aligned administrative practices. How you will spend your time in this job: 35% Uploads & Records Management 25% Team Scheduling, Tracking, & Coordination 20% Meeting Prep, Minutes, and Follow-Up 20% Compliance Assistance & Workflow Support To qualify for this job, you need to have: High School diploma or GED required; prefer successful secretarial, clerical, administrative support, or records-related experience involving multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and ability to complete accurate documentation, data entry, scheduling, communication, and follow-up tasks. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug screening, and maintain company-required training. Ability to travel, drive a company or personal vehicle, walk upstairs, work a flexible schedule, and meet physical working requirements involving occasional outside and frequent environmental conditions.
