Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and maintains inventory of corporate office supplies and furniture, including coordination of logistics for office supplies distribution (which may involve scheduling, shipping and receiving). Manages and maintains corporate operational equipment and troubleshoots issues. Prepares and manages supply requisitions and work orders (for furniture removal & repair, etc.) in Yardi. Maintains corporate property inventory tagging system. Assists with mailroom operations including sorting and delivery of mail, making collections while delivering goods and correspondence to Riverbay offices. Assists with individual transport and package courier services throughout campus and off-site as needed. Provides alternate reception area coverage as needed. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to lawfully drive
Work Experience and Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Knowledge of inventory control a plus Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with all levels of staff of the organization. Able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Testing:
Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.
Physical Requirements:
Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 75 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods of time. It may involve stooping or bending. Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable a person to perform the essential functions of the job.
