PEAK - ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR FOR OKC RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Job Description

Pay Range:
Targeted Salary of $24.18 per hour, based on experience.
Benefits Eligible:
No Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is estimated to last until November 6th.
Position Introduction:
Coordinates recruitment, outreach, and student engagement activities for the Office of Access and Community Engagement, supporting first-generation students, students from low-income families, students with unique abilities, and other underserved populations. Develops recruitment materials, represents the college at outreach events, collaborates with internal and external partners, and performs general clerical duties as needed. Duties Establishes and maintains relationships with health career advisors, university departments, and external partners; distributes information regarding scholarships and career opportunities; and coordinates communication between internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates and carries out recruitment and outreach projects, including student engagement, event planning, volunteer coordination, publication development, youth protection compliance, mobile outreach vehicle oversight, and public relations activities. Participates on project teams and may lead assigned initiatives. Provides administrative and operational support for departmental programs, including maintaining records, tracking program activities and expenditures, processing invoices and purchasing documentation, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, assisting with event logistics, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED 12 months of related experience Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency, including experience maintaining databases and spreadsheets. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community partners. Ability to interpret policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Strong customer service skills. Ability to travel as needed for recruitment and outreach activities.
