Position Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work with the ability to work primarily from home. Approximately 75% of the role will involve bookkeeping and financial support, including QuickBooks Online, financial reporting, reconciliations, and assistance with physician incentive calculations. The remaining time will provide varied administrative support to our leadership team. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel experience is important, along with a willingness to take on a variety of assignments in our small, collaborative organization. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay range of $25-$27/hour. The position offers flexible hours and substantial remote work, although candidates must live in Western New York and be available for occasional in-person meetings and activities.
