Non-Exempt Position Overview To provide support to the JHMR Mountain Sports School admin team in order to ensure the efficient and profitable operations of the Mountain Sports School Job Duties Create, manage, and communicate MSS electronic hire packet and onboarding process. Manage scheduling for instructors to attend onboarding sessions. Inventory and distribute JHMR uniforms to other department supervisors and MSS instructors Manage uniform tracking, return, repair, and donation process Schedule, communicate and manage helmet distribution to all eligible staff across all JHMR departments. Complete JHMR uniform analysis and reporting for future Mammut & Burton uniform orders. Update instructors' profiles in online database to ensure payroll and scheduling accuracy. Create and manage instructor accounts in online scheduling website (ProCard). Ensure accurate weekly payroll through thorough and detailed analysis of pay preview and pay final reports in SnowCloud. Have a thorough understanding of MSS operations to ensure instructor activity pay is aligned with MSS products to provide an accurate basis for labor/revenue analysis. Work with JHMR payroll accountant to finalize pay, ensure pay accuracy, and handle any pay discrepancies. Approve weekly timecards for MSS Exempt employees in ADP. Enter requests for sick and PTO use for year-round and Dual Seasonal employees in ADP. Work with MSS Sales staff to manage billing for all missing uniform pieces. Track employee eligibility for JHMR helmets according to JHMR policy (outlined in Employee Handbook). Provide administrative support for MSS instructors to ensure they are set up for success. Work closely with MSS on-snow supervisors; communicate special situations as necessary. Provide feedback and suggestions to MSS management to improve quality and efficiency of overall operations. Work with MSS Managers and Human Resources to schedule, coordinate and communicate onboarding sessions. Work with Admin Manager and Sr. Business Manager to analyze monthly P&L's. Act as intermediary when Supervisors are not available to assist MSS staff. Generate weekly financial reports including but not limited to: Labor to Revenue, Gross Income, Direct Detail, Class Average and Average Hourly Pay across multiple product zones. Analyze weekly financial reports to ensure accuracy and provide insight on MSS business operations. - Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job- Are you the right fit?
