Job Description
Chicago Tire has an exciting opportunity available for a Collections/Office Coordinator. In business for over 25 years, we have had little employee turnover, with most of our employees having been with the company for over 10 years. Some of the daily position responsibilities will include: Collections/recovery calls Establishing payment schedules Posting payments to customer accounts Data maintenance Assisting with invoice distribution Daily deposits Processing applications for credit General office duties to include answering phones, filing, etc. This is a customer-facing position so customer service skills are a must, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Our office staff works closely as a team, so the position will sometimes require other responsibilities in addition to those named above. We prefer one year of experience in an office setting, proficiency in MS Office, the ability to multi-task, great communication skills and time management.
