Job Description

Flexible Scheduling:
8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday | 8:00am-5:00pm Friday Paid holidays | Weekends not requiredJob Summary:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments
- Help consumers by communicating in a friendly manner and setting up payments
- Use problem-solving skills to assist consumers
- Ensure compliance of both company and client policies
- Gather data and document proper systems
Requirements:
Must live in Minnesota and be able to commute to our corporate office in Coon Rapids- High School diploma or equivalent
- Friendly phone and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills
- General PC knowledge
- Positive Attitude
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Compensation Package Includes:
- Hourly wage: $17.00/hour + Commission + $2000 Sign-on Bonus
