Join an established finance team responsible for driving revenue retention by managing delinquent customer accounts and securing timely balances. This role demands sharp analytical skills, exceptional communication skill, and a knack for fostering positive client relationships in a fast-moving technical sector.

Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) salary: $30

•$40 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM

•4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts receivable portfolios, regularly reviewing aging reports to pinpoint past-due accounts and organize daily outreach priorities. Connect with clients via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies and secure outstanding payments. Log detailed records of all outreach, promise-to-pay agreements, and account adjustments. Partner across internal departments—including sales, customer support, and accounting—to smooth out billing friction and address customer inquiries. Issue routine account statements, payment reminders, and formal notices following internal guidelines. Identify complex or severely past-due cases and escalate them to management with actionable context. Track industry standards, credit regulations, and policy updates to help guide credit limit evaluations and risk strategy. Compile periodic reports detailing aging balances, recovery metrics, and cash collection forecasts for executive review.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Background in B2B collections or accounts receivable, ideally within semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech environments.

Technical Skills:

strong proficiency in MS Excel for financial tracking; familiarity with SAP (including

) is highly desirable.
