Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues, support compliance, and maintain efficient revenue cycle operations. Communicate with patients, families, and insurance carriers regarding billing inquiries, claim status, and payment resolution.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in medical billing, coding, or health information preferred.

Experience:

Experience in medical billing, claims processing, or revenue cycle operations within a healthcare setting; experience with third-party payer billing and claim corrections preferred.

Licensure:

None required.

Certifications:

CPC, CCS, or other medical coding certification preferred.

Computer Skills:

Experience with electronic health records (EHR), billing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
