This full-time position will support the organization's billing, reimbursement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative functions. Pay $23.00-$26.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Process and submit electronic billing for all payer sources Assist with reimbursement, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities Review and resolve billing denials, discrepancies, and payment issues Maintain accurate billing and financial records Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts as needed Assist with filing, copying, record maintenance, and general office duties Answer phones and provide professional customer service Perform other administrative and billing-related duties as assigned Qualifications At least 1 year of medical billing experience required Experience with reimbursement, accounts receivable, or accounts payable preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
