This role is responsible for creating and processing invoices, uploading invoices to customer payment portals, processing credit card payments, and following up with customers regarding outstanding balances. Additional duties include answering incoming calls, coordinating and dispatching service requests, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, process, and distribute customer invoices Upload invoices to customer portals and verify successful submission Process credit card payments and maintain accurate records Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding billing inquiries and payment status Answer and direct incoming calls Dispatch service calls and coordinate schedules as needed Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record maintenance
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Dependable, hardworking, and reliable Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software Previous billing, invoicing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of billing, customer service, and administrative responsibilities in a collaborative team environment.
