Billing/Inventory Admin- Corporate Office Location:
Santa Maria, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$20-$22 per hour (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Administrator to support our daily office operations. This role is responsible for processing customer billing, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documents. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory reconciliation. Track incoming and outgoing inventory and update inventory management systems. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies. Order office and inventory supplies as needed. Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding inventory and billing matters. Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper files. Generate reports related to inventory, billing, and purchasing. Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support. Assist with additional office duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in billing, inventory, administrative support, or a related role preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with accounting or inventory software is a plus.
