Home Health Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager Schedule:
Full-Time Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Medicare-certified home health billing/revenue cycle experience required

90-day performance review with opportunity for pay increase Position Summary Growing Medicare-certified home health agency seeking an experienced, highly organized Revenue Cycle & Billing Manager. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative, identifies problems, finds solutions, and follows tasks through to completion without needing constant direction. This person will help clean up existing A/R and create an efficient, organized billing process going forward. Responsibilities Manage billing for Medicaid, commercial insurance and workers' compensation. Coordinate with our third-party Medicare billing company. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain/track authorizations. Review charts for billing readiness. Track missing/unsigned orders and Plans of Care. Identify incomplete clinical documentation delaying billing. Submit and follow up on claims. Work denials, rejections and unpaid claims. Manage and clean up outstanding A/R. Provide weekly reports on billing, collections, A/R and outstanding issues. Develop organized workflows between billing, clinical staff and management. Proactively identify revenue-cycle problems and recommend solutions. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Medicare-certified
HOME HEALTH
billing/revenue cycle experience Knowledge of Medicare home health, PDGM, NOA, POCs/orders, claims, denials and A/R Experience with insurance verification and authorizations Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience with Medicaid, Aetna/HomeLink, Florida Blue/CareCentrix, workers' compensation, commercial insurance and Allura EMR is preferred. What We're Looking For We want someone who doesn't simply wait to be told what to do. We need someone who can look at the revenue cycle, identify where money is getting stuck, determine why, and take action to resolve it. The right person will help us build a smooth, repeatable billing system as the agency grows.
Pay:
$24.38 - $29.36 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
