Revenue Cycle Specialist NorthKey Community Care - 3.4 Covington, KY Job Details Full-time $17.15 - $18.05 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description NorthKey Community Care is seeking 2 full-time Revenue Cycle Specialists to provide billing support functions in a friendly, positive, and professional manner in an outpatient healthcare environment. This position will interact with third-party payers to file billing claims for services rendered, as well as assist clients in ensuring payment for services. This will be a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on-site at 503 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY 41011.

JOB DUTIES
Support NorthKey Community Care staff and clients regarding billing matters in a polite, courteous, and professional manner. Submit billing data to third-party payers and work claims to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided. Perform posting charges and completion of claims to payers in a timely fashion. Assist, cooperate, and communicate with staff regarding fiscal matters in the billing department. Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's degree or higher is preferred. At least 2 years of prior medical billing and/or coding experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial payors Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Skills in analyzing billing issues to formulate logical and objective conclusions and/or recommendations for solutions. Proficient in the use of computers and business software (in particular Electronic Health Record systems and Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel).
