Accounting & Project Billing Specialist National Inspection Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting & Project Billing Specialist to support our accounting and operations teams. If you enjoy organized paperwork, accurate billing, project documentation, and helping keep things running behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Customer invoicing Project billing backup Purchase orders and job documentation Invoice follow-up and collections support Vendor invoice processing Accounts payable support General accounting and administrative tasks Requirements Experience with accounting, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or administrative accounting support. Experience with project billing, customer billing portals, service tickets, job documentation, construction, industrial services, or service-based invoicing is a plus. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy. Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail; ability to interpret financial concepts clearly. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and negotiation abilities for collections or dispute resolution.
