In person About the Position We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Billing & Administrative Specialist to join a growing service-based organization. This position supports billing, electronic visit records, documentation, training compliance and general administrative processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, highly attentive to detail and able to independently manage important deadlines. This is not a traditional medical billing or coding position. Medical billing experience is not required. Responsibilities Prepare, review and submit billing accurately and on schedule Track billing deadlines and outstanding items Review records and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) records and resolve routine exceptions Track training and compliance requirements Identify missing, incomplete or conflicting information and follow up for corrections Maintain organized spreadsheets, reports and electronic records Assist with billing follow-up and administrative reporting Work across multiple online systems and technology platforms Provide general administrative and operational support as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and follow-through Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to independently manage recurring deadlines Comfortable working with spreadsheets, records and detailed information Good judgment and problem-solving skills Clear and professional communication Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, payroll, recordkeeping or administrative work is preferred EVV or EMR experience is helpful but not required Experience in home care, human services, IDD or Medicaid-funded services is a plus but not required Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, learns technology quickly and takes ownership of making sure important responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.Pay:
